"I thought this was a solid deal overall..."
I thought this was a solid deal overall, mainly because the bonus miles do add up and make it feel more worthwhile. It does take a little patience for everything to process, but that seems normal, right? If you’re not in a rush, the miles definitely help make it feel like a good value.

"Refund was smoother than expected"
I had to cancel my ticket and thought it was going to turn into a whole hassle, but it was fine. The refund form on aeroflot.ru was easy to follow, even the little steps were clear enough. I also sent one email to support and they actually replied. The money came back in about a week, which was a nice surprise. Compared with some other airlines I’ve dealt with, this was painless

"Good timing on my flight"
I flew with Aeroflot last week and both flights were pretty much on time. The boarding was little slow, but we still landed when we were supposed to. It wasn’t a perfect trip, but for the punctuality I was happy enough. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Bags came out fast and nothing was broken"
I flew with Aeroflot last week and, umm, I was a little nervous about my suitcase because I had some fragile gifts packed inside. The check-in staff tagged it quickly, and when it arrived in Moscow, there were no scratches, dents, or anything broken.
My second bag also showed up on the belt fast, probably around 10 minutes. It’s a simple thing, but it really made the trip feel a lot less stressful. Nice job by the baggage team.

Flew with Aeroflot. Good overall. Crew was polite. Came by often enough. Food wasn’t amazing, but better than I expected. Warm meal. Drinks on time. Seats were okay too. Tray pickup was a bit slow, but not a big deal. Nice experience in the end

"Quick help, even though I was a bit confused"
I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with my booking and felt a little confused, but support got back to me quickly. They explained things in a simple way and fixed my question without making it more complicated. Really happy with how easy the whole thing ended up being.

I booked through the site and it was fine overall. Nothing really confused me, so I guess that means it worked the way it should. Took me a few minutes, but that’s probably normal, so yeah, easy enough.

Booking was straightforward. The prices and extra fees were shown clearly the whole time, including baggage and seat costs before I paid. I didn’t get hit with anything random at checkout, and the final total stayed the same when I actually paid. It sounds like something that should always happen, but i appreciated it.

"Clean cabin and comfy enough seats"
Flew with Aeroflot recently and, the cabin was really clean. My seat, tray table, and even the floor around me all looked like they’d been properly taken care of.
The seat was comfy enough for the flight. Nothing massive or super fancy, but I was fine sitting there for a few hours. The cabin also felt fresh, which is something I always notice right away.
Not much else to say really, it was just a clean plane and a comfortable ride. I’d be happy to fly with them again
